How to use

1. Sign in with your email and password. Records are shared with everyone on the team.
2. Fill the form and click Save to Cloud. It syncs instantly to all devices.
3. Align once per printer: open “Print Alignment,” load a scan of your blank form, switch on “Drag to adjust,” drag fields onto their lines, then set the offset sliders from a test print.
4. Print: set Margins = None, Scale = 100%, headers/footers off; load pre-printed forms in the tray.
5. Reprint: find any certificate under “Records” and click Print.

Records live in your Supabase cloud database. Print-alignment settings are stored on each device, so each workstation/printer can have its own calibration.

This system fills certificates only; it does not replace official NMIS issuance authority. Incomplete entries, erasures, or forgery invalidate the certificate.
